Masterbuilt Smoker Chicken Recipes
Making a chicken recipe on a Masterbuilt smoker is very easy. You can smoke a whole chicken or a small piece such as chicken wings or drumsticks.
- 1 Full roasting chicken
- Olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 3 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

You must keep the chicken as flat as possible; wash and pat dry. Put all ingredients in a bag to combine well except the chicken.
